C r m s = R T / M , where M is the molar mass in kg/mol.
For He, let
C r m s , H e = 3 R T M H e
For N2, let
C r m s , N 2 = 3 R ( 25 C ) M N 2
*Note when you use this equation you should use Kelvin. Here I use Celsius because everything cancels out when you set the two Crms equations equal.
set the two Crms equations equal to each other and solve for T:
T = ( molar mass of N2  /  molar mass of He ) 25 C
T = ( 14 2 / 4 ) 25 = 7 25 = 175 C
