For your infomation Everything is made up of atoms. And as you know atom contains Electrons revolving around the nucleus. And All other Matter Also has electron Revolving Around the Nucleus. For example our skin, fire, water, gas , leaf and evry evry matter is made up of atoms. and we are unable to see atoms or electrons with our naked eyes.
Here you mentioned about Leaf's cells Nucleus Containing electron or what? The answer is yes it has electron revolving around That atoms Nucleus . but not because the it has the Name nucleus, (the nucleus of atom and Cell differs!!) but due to the fact that every matter is made up of atoms.
The nucleus of a cell is itself made up of thousands of atoms, so obviously they’re way different in size. Structurally, the nucleus of an atom contains the nucleons (protons and neutrons) which form the concentration of mass of the atom. The number of nucleons depends upon the atomic number of the substance. The nucleus of a cell wall is a site in the cytoplasm of the cell which contains genetic material such as DNA( existing as chromatin fibres in interphase). It contains a lot of stuff such as ribosomes and the nucleolus which dictate various cellular activities. So there you have it. Hallelujah
