No. If a bar magnet is placed in a wire coil and both of them are moved across room, current will not be produced.
Electric and magnetic fields are produced perpendicular to each other. A moving electric field produces a magnetic field. A changing magnetic field produces electricity.
In the given case, bar magnet and wire coil are not rotated with respect to each other. Hence no current will be produced.
