δ S
δ S S is denoted as the entropy change.
Entropy is a measure of the degree of randomness or the degree of disorder in a given system.
Therefore, if in a system after a certain period the entropy increase S will be positive.
However, if the entropy of a system decreases after a period of time , the value of S becomes negative.
δ H
δ H( H ) used to denote the enthalpy change.
Enthalpy is a measure of the total amount of energy bound by a system.
If the H is positive, then the total amount of energy bound by a system have increased.
Whereas if H is negative, the net energy bound by the system have decreased.
