$=\frac{d}{dz}\left(5z\right)+\frac{d}{dz}\left(4c{z}^{2}\right)$
$=5\frac{d}{dz}\left(z\right)+4c\frac{d}{dz}\left({z}^{2}\right)$
$=5+4c\left(2z\right)=5+8cz$
$\therefore \frac{d}{dz}\left(5z+4c{z}^{2}\right)=5+8cz$
