Find the angles between the following pairs of vectors
a = ( i + j )
b = ( 2 i 3 j )
a b = ( i + j ) ( 2 i 3 j )
= 2 ( 1 ) 3 ( 1 ) 2 3 = 1
a = 2
b = i 5
cos θ = 1 2 5 θ = arccos ( 1 2 5 )
θ = 108.4
My answer is wrong, it is supposed to be 101.3

y=2x+2 is an equation in slope-intercept form with a slope of m=2
All lines perpendicular to y=2x+2 will have a slope
XXX - 1 m = - 1 2
If a line has a slope of ( - 1 2 ) and passes through (6,3)
then we can write its equation in slope-point form as
XXX y - 3 = ( - 1 2 ) ( x - 6 )
While this is a valid answer, we would normally rearrange it into a simpler form:
2y−6=6−x
x+2y=12
