Assuming you mean sec(x)tan(x)(1sin2(x))
Remember that sin2(x)+cos2(x)=1 that sec(x)=1cos(x) and also that tan(x)=sin(x)cos(x)
Now substituting these identities into your expression we get
sec(x)tan(x)(1sin2(x))=1cos(x)sin(x)cos(x)cos2(x)
=cos2(x)cos2(x)sin(x)
=sin(x)
