A rational number is a number that can be written as a/b with a and b integers. Since 2=21 with 1 and 2 integers, 2 is a rational number.
Since 1 and 13 are integers 113 is a rational number.
11~3.316624790... is not a rational number, because 11 is not a perfect square (a is rational with a some integer if and only if a is a perfect square).
Since 0.3=0.33333=39 with 3 and 9 integers, 0.3 is a rational number.
Thus we note that 2,113 and 0.3 are the rational numbers.
