Let time taken to make each shirt=t
then,
time taken ti make each dress = 5t/3
time taken to make 9 dresses and 15 shirts = 9 × 5 t 3 + 15 × t
=15t +15t
=30 t
according to question,
time taken to make 9 dresses and 15 shirts= 90 hours
30t=90t=3
he takes 3 hours to make each shirt
