We are starting with the parent function $f\left(x\right){x}^{3}$
STEP 1: Shift the graph by 3 units to the left, to get $y={\left(x+3\right)}^{3}$
STEP 2: Shift the graph by 10 units down, to get $y={\left(x+3\right)}^{3}-10$ which is the required function g(x)
