What is meant by polar and axial vectors?

Axial vectors, which act along the axis of rotation, describe rotational motion.(according to right hand screw rule).Torque, Angular velocity, angular acceleration are axial vectors.
Polar vectors describe translation motion and have starting point.Whatever coordinate system is used, the polar vector's direction is constant.Displacement, force, etc are polar vectors.
