Let say cylinder has the center of gravity at x 1 , y 1 and cube at x 2 , y 2
so combined center of gravity
x = x 1 m 1 + x 2 m 2 ( m 1 + m 2 )
same for y coordinate and if question asks for How far above the table's surface is the center of gravity of the combined object then answer will only be the y co ordinate.
