In a Full Rotation of 360 , The wheel will cover a distance Equal to its Circumference i.e 2 π r
Therefore, Finding the Circumference:
Here the Radius will be Equal to the ray i.e. 5 inch
C = 2 π r = 2 π ( 5 ) C = 10 π i n c h e s
If it Covers 10 π inches in 360 Rotation, Then the Distance Covered in 60 Rotation is:
10 π 60 360 = 10 π 6
Taking the Value of π = 3.14 ,
Required Distance Travelled is: 5.23 inches.
