let b be the side of the square
b=16/4=4
R - radius of the circle
R = b/2 = 2
formula for the side of a regular n-gon inscribed in a circle:
a = 2 R sin ( 180 / n )
P = 5 a = 5 2 2 sin ( 180 / 5 ) = 5 roots out of(10-2 roots out of 5)
