Assuming the third coordinate is the origin (0,0)
Using the Pythagorean Theorem:
Distance (0,0) to (10,2)
10 2 + 2 2 = 104
Distance (0,0) to (7,-3)
7 2 + ( - 3 ) 2 = 58
Distance (10,2) to (7,−3)
3 2 + 5 2 = 34
Perimeter = 104 + 58 + 34
(perhaps this would have been a prettier answer with a third point other than the origin)
