Vapour pressure is NOT impacted by volume! In a container, the liquid and vapor are in balance. Some of the vapor in the container changes from a vapor state to a liquid state when the volume is altered, for example, lowered. Additionally, part of the liquid will turn into its vapor state when the volume is raised.
Answer is 17.54 mmHg
