Absolute zero temperature does not exist.

Hence, when the temperature is brought very low and close to 0 [K], the resistivity of some materials becomes zero and they conduct completely and are called as superconductors.
In superconductors the the resistance drops to zero when the material is cooled below its certain critical temperature.
For example, Mercury at a critical temperature of 4.2 [K], becomes a superconductor.
