Try to calculate
L s 1 ( 2 s + 12 s 2 + 9 ) = 2 L s 1 ( s + 6 s 2 + 9 )
But I do not know how to go from here.

2 s + 12 s 2 + 9 = 2 s s 2 + 3 2 + 12 3 3 s 2 + 3 2
(note the inverse transform is linear)
Solution
2 cos ( 3 t ) + 4 sin ( 3 t )
