How do you find the mean, median and mode of -2, 2, 2, 3, 4, 4, 4?

To find the mean, you add all the values and divide by the number of data items
$\overline{x}=\frac{\left(-2\right)+2+2+3+4+4+4}{7}=\frac{17}{7}=2.43$
The median is the middle value. Place them in order (which there already are in this case!) then simply pick the middle one, 3
The mode is the value which occurs most often, 4 in this case.
