Given Data:
17, 19, 22, 22, 27, 31, 35, 37, 45, 98
Sample Mean =x=(x)n=17+19++9810=35310=35.3
Mean: x=35.3
Our sorted data is:
17, 19, 22, 22, 27, 31, 35, 37, 45, 98
Since our data has 10 (even) number of entries,
Median =5th+6th2=27+312=29
Median = 29
Mode is the entry that occurs in greatest frequently. In our data, the most repeated entry is 22.
Mode = 22
Range is the difference between largest and the smallest values of data. Range = max-min=(98)-(17)=81
Range = 81

1.Median is found by arranging the numbers numerically from least to greatest and finding the number(s) in the middle. In this case, there are two median numbers: 27, 31. If there are two numbers in the middle of the arrangement, the median is found by averaging the two. 27+31=58
582=29
2.The mode is the number that occurs most often. Out of these ten values, 22 is the only value to reoccur, therefore it occurs the most often.
3.The mean is the average of all the values. This is found by adding all of the numbers together (353) and by dividing by the amount of values there are (10).
17+19+22+22+27+31+35+37+45+98=353
35310=35.3
4.The range is found by subtracting the smallest value from the largest. It is the difference in which all the values "range." 98-17=81
Answer:
Median = 29
Mode = 22
Mean = 35.3
Range = 81
