$\frac{d}{dx}\left(-\frac{7{x}^{11}}{8}\right)$
Step 2
Take constant out:
$=-\frac{7}{8}\frac{d}{dx}\left({x}^{11}\right)$
Apply power rule: $\frac{d}{dx}\left({x}^{n}\right)=n{x}^{n-1}$
$=-\frac{7}{8}\left(11{x}^{11-1}\right)$
$=-\frac{77{x}^{10}}{8}$
