I suspect the question might not be about natural logarithms. If you allow arbitrary bases, it's easy to construct examples: ${\mathrm{log}}_{b}a=c$ if $a={b}^{c}$ . So:

${\mathrm{log}}_{2}8=3$

${\mathrm{log}}_{3}\left(\frac{1}{9}\right)=-2$

$\mathrm{log}}_{4}32=\frac{5}{2$
