So,

lim_{x \to 2} \frac{\sqrt{x + 2} \sqrt{x + 7} - 2 \sqrt{x + 7} - 3 \sqrt{x + 2} + 6}{x \sqrt{4 x + 1} - 2 \sqrt{4 x + 1} - 3 x + 6} = lim_{x \to 2} \frac{(a - 2) (b - 3)}{(x - 2) (c - 3)}
