Here,
8=2×4
Therefore 2 can be taken common from the denominator.
Step 2
Taking common from denominator,
x2+p8=x2+p2×4
=12(x+p4)
Hence, factorization of binomial is 12(x+p4) and factors are 12 and (x+p4).
We can simplify further,
12(x+p4)=12(4x+p4)
=4x+p8
=(4x+p)8
=18(4x+p)
Therefore, 18 and (4x+p) can also be the factor.
