Step 2
Since the zeros are −1, 1, 3, therefore the factors of the polynomial are,
(x-(-1)), (x-1), & (x-3)
(x+1), (x-1), & (x-3)
Therefore the polynomial is,
P(x)=(x+1)(x-1)(x-3)
=(x21)(x3)
=x33x2x+3
