Storing cost = 4 per pair
Axed cost = 20 × 3500 + 4  per pair
Let, number of shoe pairs from manufacture in an order is x
Thus, cost c ( x ) = 4 x + 20 × 3500 + 4 x = 8 x + 70000
Result: c ( x ) = 8 x + 70000
