The system equation is: D.
0.10*d+0.25*q=3.55
d=4+2*q

where d= dimes and q=quarters
0.10* (4+2*q)+0.25*q=3.55
0.40+0.2*q+0.25*q=3.55
0.45*q=3.15
q=3.15/0.45 = 7
d=4+2*7=14+4=18
