You only need two non collinear points for graphing this line.
Put x=0 so you will get y=4
Put y=0 so you will get: 2x=12 or x=6
And we obtain two Points for graphing:
P 1 ( 6 ; 0 ) , P 2 ( 0 ; 4 )
