& centre = (2,k)
eqauting radius
4 + k 2 = 1 4 + k 2 + 9 4 3 k k = 1 2
So eqn is
( x 2 ) 2 + ( y 1 2 ) 2 = 17 4 x 2 + y 2 4 x y = 0  (ans)
