This is an easy illustration of Charles' law.
V 1 T 1 = V 2 T 2 ,
which states that the volume of a gas is directly proportional to its temperature in K.
We know V 1 = 4.5 L , T 1 = ( 25 + 273.15 ) = 298.15 K , and V 2 = 9 L , hence
T 2 = V 2 V 1 T 1 = 9 4.5 298.15 = 596.4 K -> double the volume translates to double the temperature, and vice versa.
