Any line parallel to the x-axis is a horizontal lines. The rule for horizontal lines is for each and every value of x, y is the same.
So, for this problem, for each and every value of x, y=5
The standard form of a linear equation is: Ax+By=C
Where, if at all possible, A, B, and Care integers, and A is non-negative, and, A, B, and C have no common factors other than 1
We can convert y=5 to standard form as:
0x+1y=5
