Newton's second law of motion states that the time rate of change of momentum on an object is equal to the net force acting on that object.
Newton's second law of motion holds true everywhere in the universe and not just on the moon or Mars.
A piece of direct evidence can be observed during the Apollo mission where the Lunar descent module was descending on the surface of the moon. The forces acting on it were all supervised by Newton laws of motion.
Another evidence is the revolution of the Moon around the Earth is also governed by Newton's Gravitational Law that is based on Newton's second law of motion. The same goes for the Mars revolving around the Sun.
