If the line is horizontal then the slope is 0
in slope-point form, that is ( y - y 1 ) = m ( x - x 1 )
this would be
y+2=0(x−4)
and that's the "correct" answer to the question
but
why would anyone leave it in that form?
y+2=0
or
y=−2
