First law of thermodynamics:
According to this law,” the energy of an isolated system remains constant”.
The first law of thermodynamics can also called law of conservation of energy.
Consider the room is isolated so there is no transfer of heat form or into the room.
When the fan is on than the electrical energy is continuously entering into the room in the form of work. The fan convert electrical energy into the fan rotational energy (mechanical energy).
Apply first law of thermodynamics,
Q = U + W 0 = U W = ( 1.343 × 10 7   J ) 1  hr = ( 1.343 × 10 7   J ) 3600  s = U = 3730.56   W
