I = P A
Where: I-sound intensity P-power A-area Since area will be given as:
a = 4 π r 2
Previous equation will be reduced to:
I = P 4 π r 2
Next, we will put known values into the previouS equation and calculate the intensity:
I = 2 W 4 π ( 5 m ) 2
