And their sum will be:
n + ( n + 1 ) + ( n + 2 ) = 3 n + 3 = 162 subtract 3
3 n = 159 n = 159 / 3 = 53
So the numbers are 53,54,55

You could also have divided 162/3=54 which would have given you the middle number - this only works if the number of numbers is odd.
