the terms in an arithmetic sequence are
a,a+d,a+2d,......,a+(n−1)d
where d is the common difference
here d=−11−(−13)=2
to obtain a term from the previous term add on d
a 5 = - 7 + 2 = - 5
a 6 = - 5 + 2 = - 3
a 7 = - 3 + 2 = - 1
