so out of 130 dollars you pay 94$ to rent the car for the week so you are left with
130 94 = 36
so how far can you go with $36 in hand , spending 0.40$ per mile
so you spend 0.40$ for 1 mile
for 1 dollar wou would go 1 0.40 mile
so for 36$ you would go
36 0.40 miles = 90 miles
