0.25y=10
0.25 y - 10 = 0
0 x + 0.25 y - 10 = 0
This is the standard form of the given equation. After comparing this equation with the standard form of any linear equation
ax+by+c=0
We get
{ a = 0 b = 0.25 c = - 10
I have used a, b and c instead of A, B and C respectively.
