Therefore both line have slopes that are negative reciprocal to each other
Negative meant- opposite in side
Reciprocal- "flip flop" aka invert the slope
From your question $y=\frac{4}{7}x+13$
We know the original slope if $m=\frac{4}{7}$
Perpendicular slope is ${m}_{2}=-\frac{7}{4}$
