Therefore both line have slopes that are negative reciprocal to each other
Negative meant- opposite in side
Reciprocal- "flip flop" aka invert the slope
From your question y = 4 7 x + 13
We know the original slope if m = 4 7
Perpendicular slope is m 2 = - 7 4
