The regression equation is :
Y ^ = 10.9 + 0.23 X
Where Y = foot length
X = Height
a) For x = 73 , Y = 29
For x = 73 , Y ^ = 10.9 + 0.23 ( 73 ) = 27.69
b) Residual = Y Y ^ = 29 27.69 = 1.31
