Let Asanji mixes x qt. of 20% saline solution together with (10 - x) qt. of water to get 10 qt. of a 25% saline solution.
So, mathmatically the qunatity of salt (in qt.)
20% of x + 100% of (10 - x) = 25% of 10
$0.20×\left(x\right)+1×\left(10-x\right)=0.25×\left(10\right)\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}0.20x+10-x=2.5\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}0.20x-x=2.5-10\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}-0.80x=-7.5\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}x=\frac{-7.5}{-0.80}\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}x=9.375$
