Let speed be represnted by V
and absolute value by mod(value)
The difference between the current speed and requiblack speed is less than or equal to 5 mi/h
so, mod(55 - v) <= 5
so, 55 - v <= 5 and 55 - v >= -5
so, v >= 50 mi/h and v <= 60 mi/h
so, max speed = 60 mi/h
min speed = 50 mi/h
