Let temperature be represnted by T
and absolute value by mod(value)
The difference between the actual temperature and temperature shown by the the thermometer is less than or equal to 3.5 degrees
so, mod(68 - T) <= 3.5
so, 68 - T <= 3.5 and 68 - T >= -3.5
so, v >= 64.5 degrees and v <= 71.5 degrees
so, max temperature = 71.5 degrees
min temperature = 64.5 degrees
