Let Al's choice be x
Since average of 12 math-lovers = 60
So, sum of values of all 12 math lovers = 60 * 12 = 720
Removing the sum of Al and Len, we get average = 70
So, sum of values of rest 10 math lovers = 70 * 10 = 700
Sum of 10 math lovers + Al's choice + Len's choice = 720
700 + 35 + x = 720
x = -15
But, x cannot be negative..
So, The given data is incorrect..
