f ( x ) = 3 x 2 + 4 x 4 a n d g ( x ) = 3 x 6 ,
We have ( g f ) ( x ) = g ( x ) f ( x )
Now f ( 2 ) = 3 ( 2 ) 2 + 4 ( 2 ) 4
=> f ( 2 ) = 3 ( 4 ) + 8 4
f ( 2 ) = 12 + 4
f ( 2 ) = 16
Step 2
Now = g ( 2 ) = 3 ( 2 ) 6
=> g ( 2 ) = 6 6
g ( 2 ) = 0
So, we have g ( 2 ) = 0 , f ( 2 ) = 16
Now, ( g f ) ( x ) = g ( 2 ) f ( 2 ) = 0 16 = 0
So, ( g f ) ( 2 ) = 0
