The magnetic field is produced due to the orientation of the electrons in their orbits in the material of the magnet. The bar with the larger mass, means more atoms and more electrons, therefore, more orientations and larger magnetic field. The first magnet has mass 100 g and the second bar has mass 1000 g. Hence, the second magnet has a magnetic field larger ten times the first bar.
Result:
The magnet with mass 1 kg has a magnetic field larger 10 times than the magnet with mass 100 g.
