if the equations are a1x + b1 y = c1
and a2 x + b2 y = c2
then if a1b2 - a2b1 = 0 then the system of equations have no solution
here a1 = 1 , b1= 3 , a2 = 2, b2 = 6
a1 b2 - a2 b1 = 6 - 6 = 0
so there are infinitely many solutuons
such thet x = x
and y = (8-x)/3
so all the points [x , (8-x)/3] are the solutions of the system of the equations
