Evaluate the expression, where plus within a triangle and minus within a triangle indicate addition and subtraction, respectively, using military time. (Military time uses a 24-hour clock, where 2:00 A.M. is equivalent to 0200 hours and 10 P.M. is equivalent to 2200 hours.) 0500 plus within a triangle 2000

Question : 0500 (triangle with plus) 2000
now triangle with plus indicates addition
hence,
question is simplified to 0500 + 2000
= 2500
= 2500-2400 = 0100 = 01:00 a.m.
(Mutiple of 2400 can be subtracted from a given time to achieve the required time and the no. of times it is subtracted is the no. of days the after the starting day)
hence the time obtained is 0100 or 01:00 a.m. 1 day later as 2400 is subtacted one time

A 230kg crate hangs from the end of a rope of length L=12.0m. You push horizontally on the crate with a varying force F to move it distance d= 4.00m to the side.
a) What is the magnitude of F when the crate is in this final position? What are b) the total work done on it, c) the work done by the gravitational force on the crate, and d) the work done by the pull on the crate fromthe rope? e) Knowing the the crate is motionless before and after its displacement, use the answers to (b), (c), and (d) to find the work your force F does on the crate. f) Why is the work of your force not equal to the product of the horizontal displacement and the answer to (a)?
