Add 4 to both sides.
m < 7
When you graph inequalities, you generally graph them as an equality (in this case m = 7 ) on a number line especially if you're variable is not x or y and then shade the side that satisfies your inequality (in this case, numbers smaller than 7).
In this graph, I put m on the x-axis and graphed this inequality.

Add 4 to both sides of the inequality:
m < 7
Since we didn't multiply or divide by a negative number that direction of the inequality remains unchanged.
